Whats for dinner tonight?
Its ball season and with practice and games ive found that i rarely have time to cook. SO this Sunday im going to cook 2 different things for us to eat on throughout the week and make some egg salad and maybe some chicken salad.
Tonight it'll be a healthy choice meal for me. im not sure what kind yet.
heres my day so far
Breakfast-1 pc toast w/ peanut butter
Lunch-Baked ham w/ pineapple glaze, 2 bites of cream corn, 2 bites of yams and about 4 bites of purple hull peas (i will have the same thing tomorrow as i still have loads left from my plate today) and a 3 bites of banana pudding (i wish i had left that off)
Dinner-Healthy Choice or a pc toat w/ peanut butter. im still reallly full from lunch so i may not eat at all.
Ive gotten in 30 oz of water so i need to pick it up.

Started off good....then went to Cheesecake Factory for lunch
B-1/2 eng muffin with sliced boiled egg
L-salad with grilled chicken (weight control spicy chicken salad-590 cals) I ate the chicken and 1/3 of the veggies THEN.....I had a slice of the low carb cheesecake (made with Splenda)...well, I ate about 1/2 of it---it was divine and worth every calorie/fat gram
D-broiled filet mignon and brussel sprouts
AND then the P90X workout....I need to work off the cheesecake!!
I deserved it--it is afterall my surgiversary/birthday week!!!

Yesterday:
B - Muffin with bacon and cheese (very small)
L - Chicken wrap - just 1
S - I hate a chicken sandwich from Keystal.
Today:
B - a piece of chicken mini from Peyton's box
L - Re-fried beans
S - not sure (they serve supper at church so I'll eat some of whatever they have.
Yesterday:
