Anyone else?
I have never tried the 5 day pouch test. Have read about it and thought about doing it but need to motivate myself to pick a day and JUST DO IT. I need some kind of major restart. I was doing so well before plastic surgery but seem to have fallen apart since. I fell out of the habit of working out regularly and now cannot seem to find my mojo! Maybe we can get a group together to do the 5 day pouch test at the same time. Maybe it would help if I had people depending on me to do well! When shall we start?
I would love to join in. I have gained about 4 pounds and want to lose about 30 more. I was doing pretty good when Hilary was doing the food thing, but when I do not have to be accountable, I don't do as well. I am journaling my food now to keep up with what I am eating and the calories and sugar intake.

My 4 year surgery bday was last week... April 12th... so I'm not near where I was that day... 298 lbs wow.... but I am up about 50 lbs from my goal weight I was once at and I'd like to get back that feeling I had when I was truly happy with myself and proud of what I'd accomplished. I have been beating myself up and it's time to take action.

I'm going to try my best to stick to this plan... If I do deviate from it at all I will try to stick to all protein no to low carbs. I am concerned I will fall apart on the liquid phase since my surgeon didn't even require it before surgery except the day before.... and I started today exercising again... my husband and I did biggest loser cardio max dvd & took a walk!
Anyway... back on track it is!
