Facebook

So is there are facebook group for AL?  I won't stop using the OH main website...but I do keep track on FB too! 

There is a group on facebook for the Ala OH board but it is not very active.  We mainly just use the main facebook page to keep track of each other.  Look for me on facebook at Louise Crews Aldridge an add me as a friend and you can find the Ala OH group.  I hope this helps you as I am not the smartest computer person on here.

I've sent friend requests to several folks but I will continue to use OH since I'm in it all day long logging my food/exercise in the Health Tracker.
