We are not going to be able to make Oak Mountain this year.  I was not sure how long the revival was going to last but it is going through Sunday night.  I will miss you all so much and will look forward to seeing the pictures when you all get home and post.  Please don't forget to post them here as well as FB.  I don't navigate well around FB.

Everyone have fun and hug each other for me!!!

I am sad right along with you, Ladybug. I cannot go either. Several conflicts.. my health has been abit off kilter hear lately but I am back on the road where I need to be. However, Teddy is working at the Hilton in Mobile 7 days a wee****il he hits his deadline which made it where he couldn't go.. but then I had a ride but I cannot stay overnight . My home healthnurse and doctor doesn't think it would be wise. I am also very involved in our church and Gerry is doing Outreach projects all week long for Spring Break. We begin tonight with the opening of "Letters to God". We are paying for anyone who walks up to see it at Cobb Movie Theater in Gulf Shores at the 7pm showing and the 9:30 showing. It will be a total surprise it was not advertised. We will just walk up and give them an outreach card that says "It's Free, Seriously.. God loves you"
We have been doing all sorts of these kinds of outreach. From buying meals at restaurants to even coffee at Joe Mugg's. (I gotta buy some people some coffee now!) Our church has a 50/50 vision. Half of our tithes each week go back out into the community.  You have people who can afford things and go out and shop and they haven't been going to church. We wanted to go out to the people and say Hey.. God loves you right where you are.  So we have quite a busy summer planned with Outreach projects from gas buy downs to Praise at the Pelican (which is an outdoor mall where Target is in Gulf Shores) July 31st so mark your calendar!!! :)
I am praying souls are forever changed this weekend. God is using you and Brother Jimmy for amazing things!! I love you!!!

Hi Julie,

I am sad to see that you cannot come also.

But, your health comes first and I am glad you are lstening to your doctor!  You take care of yourself.   You and your family are also doing the Lord's work and sharing Him with those who do not know Him.

They will see Him through you and the others who are sharing themselves with the community through your outreach program.  I will pray for the success of this program in bring people to Our Lord so they will come to know Him as their Lord and Savior.

You and your family will be missed.  Take care of yourself and that's an order young lady.  Love ya!!

Thanks Connie!
I love you!!

You and Richard block off July 31st for Praise at the Pelican. It's Pelican Place where Target, Books a Million and Cobb Movie Theater are in Gulf Shores. We will have gospel music and it's going to be fun. It will be around 4pm (Later in the day cooler) and we have alot of Youth coming down from the Birmingham area to be apart of it! I am so excited for all our Outreach programs. I just got word the local radio station is going to be there live tonight for our Outreach. Sunny 105.7. But you might be outta range!!

Hi Debbie,

When I saw the title of your message I immediately got sad too.  I avoided reading your message until after I read the others 'cause I knew what it was going to say...you and Jimmy weren't coming!

And, I was right, and I am sad.  But I cannot not be more than sad because you and Jimmy are doing what God has called you to do and who am I to covet what God's will is.  His will be done!!

I will miss you, but it will be bittersweet, knowing how happy you are going to be making those people of God at the Revival.  I will also be beaming with pride when thinking of all the people ya'll will have a hand (or should i say voice) in bringing to know and love Jesus Christs our Lord and Savior, as their own.

I love you both and I will be praying for you both and everyone involved in and/or who is attendng the revival.  God Bless you both with His mercy and Grace as you sing and share His Word.

Christ's peace,

Oh darn. And I had bought the cutest green sweater with ladybugs on it. I wanted to wear it and tease you with it and now you aren't even coming. I guess I'll have to find somebody else to give it to. But in case I can't find anybody that wants it check your mailbox next week. I do understand and I will be thinking about you. Love, Miss Mary
