and I feel great!  My only complaint is that I was in the middle of one of my terrible migranes when I had my surgery.  Dr. Freeman , Tim and all the other staff were wonderful!  I am truely blessed to have found them.  It was surprisingly not half as bad as my c-section and my migrane I had going on!  I've lost 10 pounds since my pre-op diet. :-)

Congratulations on having your surgery.  I hope you have a speedy recovery and smooth sailing.  You just can't believe how your life is about to change.  No way to explain it until you go through it.

Hi Kay,

It's good to see your beautiful face.  Long time, no see!

Are you going to be at Oak Mountain tomorrow.  I hope to see you there.  I'm sad that many people are not coming.  I missed last year at Oak Mountain and I also missed Randall and Lucy's wedding in the fall of the year before, and then we didn't have a fall Reunion this year.

I hope to see you and many, many more...We're just coming up for the day.  Finances dictate that we don't stay over.  Love ya!

Congratulations!  I'm so happy to hear that you're doing so well after surgery!  It is amazing how little pain you feel after this surgery isn't it?  I had my gall bladder removed and it hurt for several weeks.

Hi Jane,

It sounds like you are doing really well.  10lbs is a great start.

Make sure you measure yourself on a regular basis.  You will be amazed at how quickly your measurements change.  Even when you hit plateaus with your weight loss and that does happen occasionally for many, you will see that you ar still losing.

When you exercise and begin to build muscle you will sometimes not lose weight, but will lose inches for a while.  This is because muscle weighs more than fat.  Measuring yourself shows you that you are still losing and getting smaller and it will keep you from thinking that you aren't losing anymore.

Good luck and congratulations.  Let us know if you have any questions.

Are you coming to the Reunion at Oak Mountain tomorrow.  I would love to meet you and it would be good fo you to meet, see and speak with those who have been through it already.

i hope to meet you.

I would have love to come but I am still not feeling up to it and I have my drains in.  So, I definitely would not look cute with my husband's tshirt on and jogging pants.  lol
