Tuesday Protein Talk...yep...coffee is on the back burner

Good Tuesday morning everyone!!  Just wanted to remind you that PROTEIN IS FIRST on our list.  Protein and water!  Then enjoy a cup of coffee.  You know I love my coffee and I still have a cabinet FULL of coffee.  I start my day with it, but protein is PRIORITY NOW!!  I'm down to the same weight I was 7 months ago when I went to the DR.  I had gained, due to steroid injections for pain.  They cause me to have shingles so no more steroids for me!!  I'll endure the pain until my healing manifest and will enjoy my protein shakes!! 

Our challenge today is to get motivated!!  Get to a gym!  If you can't, make a gym at home and get your body in motion!!  Especially to us that are 5 or 6 years out.  To maintain, we have to be active!  C'mon!  Get motivated with me!!!

It sure is good to see you back!  Coffee Talk, Protein Talk, what eva!!!  It's just good to have you talkin'!

You are so right about the motivation!  Without motivation there is depression!  Protein, I am guilty lately of not getting enough.  I've got to get with the program again.  Unjury is the way I get enough without adding too much sugar and fat.  I just have to get up early enough in the morning to have time to mix it up!

Are you and da Luce (to quote Vickie G) going to Oak Mountain?  I hope to see you there.
