plastics and BCBS Medicare/blue advantage

I am a year out with the band and starting to think about ps. I have bcbs medicare blue advantage, does anyone know what they cover and a dr. to go to.

Check w/Dr. Rumley in Gadsden...www.rumleycenter.com.  He was successful in getting my panni removal approved w/BCBS when 2 other surgeons weren't.   No matter which surgeon you see, ask up front about their consult fees, and check w/BCBS to see if consults are approved.  I got stuck with $350 in consult fees w/one surgeon b/c BCBS wouldn't cover the surgery, and therefore, wouldn't cover the consult.  Hard lesson learned, but directed me to the right surgeon, Dr. Rumley.
