HELLO!
Hi YA'LL,
WOW! It's Saturday! Hope you're having a GREAT DAY! I got up late today (6:30) Oh My it was good to sleep in!
Kind of just lazed around for awhile then went to my Piano lesson and now I'm home...desperately trying to ignore the housework that is calling me! Why because the "craft cave" was shouting equally as loud! Because the computer is in the craft cave I think you know which one won out!
I made some candy boxes for my Sunday School babes because I was home sick last Sunday so It's V-Day for us tomorrow. Now I think I'll just sit here and create some paper magic! cruise the crafting boards and just spoil me for a couple of hours.
What about you what are you up to today?

I don't get online at home. We are finally set up with the laptop but seems like I am always doing something else and don't have time get on the computer.
My granddaughter broke her arm Saturday. She's so pitiful. She's only 5 years old and doesn't know how to handle being hurt this badly. She hasn't cried much and the only thing I've really heard her say is that she doesn't want everyone looking at her cast. She doesn't like a lot of outside attention.
I did housework and then we headed to the river and enjoyed the rest of the day. I love going to the camper when the weather is nice.
Well, have a great week and post again soon.

Hi Debbie!
Sorry to hear about the grand baby! Can I lend some advice? I work for a very busy and very LARGE Orthopaedic practice. I see a LOT of little broken bones and believe me her reaction is quite normal! I always advise the parents to MAKE IT FUN! Go to a CRAFT store buy some cool paint pens and let all their family and friends and themselves decorate that cast. Grab a pack of Hello Kitty stickers and let her design her own. by the time they come back to get their cast off most of them want to take home their artwork(cast). I have an incredible collection of pictures that the little ones bring me on their last visit. They beat MONET any day!
