How are you doing with exercise and diet?

Well, I am back on the dense proteins and hoping to drop the five or six pounds that mysteriously appeared this past week.  It is really not a great mystery, it is called over eating during Valentine's DAy.

Too many calories+ too little exercise =  weight gain.

It is a simple formula for what we are trying to avoid, but we all seem to forget from time to time.l
