Looking for a WLS friendly PCP in the Gadsden area.

Hello,

I am fairly new to the area and I am looking for a WLS friendly doctor in Gadsden/ Jacksonville area. 

I am almost postive that I will not find a doctor who has experience dealing with the DS in particular, but if any of you know of any that have taken care of you after your RNY, I would apprecaite suggestions.  

I need to find someone who will not balk at my long list of bloodwork that I need to have done at least once per year.

Hi Kym, My doctor is in Anniston. I don't know anything about DS but you could check with him and see. I have used Dr. Black for years and he did my RNY 3 years ago. I love him and his staff. Some people on the this board don't like him but then again, they didn't use him so they don't know him. I myself would not use anyone else. I totaly trust him. There is no one in Jacksonville and I think no one in the Gadsden area either. Hopes this helps

He is a bariatric surgeon .  I used him as well .  My Internal Meds Dr in Anniston does all my bloodwork though and keep an eagle eye on all my levels..
