Blue Cross BS of Alabama

I do not live in Alabama but my corporate is in Alabama so we have BCBS of Alabama health insurance.  I have called and they said they were covering the VSG gastric sleeve since 11/18/2009.  My doctors office states that only United healthcare has approved any of the sleeve surgery.  I called BCBS again and they said they have to file correctly and of course I have had to follow the 6 month thing also.  I am worried whether they will cover the sleeve or not.  I think the best choice for me is the sleeve and that is what I really want.  Has anyone else happen to have the sleeve or trying to getting it approved through BCBS of Alabama.
