I was taking celebrate chewable multi- vitamins 2 a day. Well I can't afford those anymore so I picked up these. The directions say Adults take one a day do not exceed recommended dosage. I've been taking two because that's what I took on Celebrate. Am I going to overdose myself?

You are fine.  You need because of WLS.  I take two chewable centrum a day while hubby takes one.

Taking two Centrum is what you should be doing.  Since you have had Gastric Bypass/RNY, your body will only absorb half of what you take in, so two Centrum  will supply you with the vitamins of one.

No, you are not going to over dose.  You're doing a great job!  Keep up the good work!
