weather looks awful, but exercise is important.

It is a day to execute that plan for indoor exercise.  Have those tapes, charts, and other equipment ready.  Can not afford dumb bells.  Try two plastic milk jugs filled with water.  That make two eight pound weights.   You don't have the time with a new baby...think about how much that baby weighs and lift it for exercise.  Now, it is ok to use your cat or a small dog as a weight, too.  (Mine is 70 pounds and doesn't cooperate, but if you have a smaller dog, that can be effective, too.)

You need something to provide some resistance, use that pound to 5 pound bag of dried beans or rice on your legs to help weigh them down or to lift off the floor.

Look around your house, you don't have to have fancy equipment to get that exercise in today.  You don't have to have fancy tapes, turn on the radio...those MP3s are free.  Tune to a station you love and get moving.   If you want to do yoga and don't know how....just fake it...the idea is to get get moving.

And if you are reading this post, that means you have a computer and you can use Google to search for yoga poses, spot exercise suggestions, etc.

And take your vitamins and remember your food plan.
