Just because it is raining doesn't get you off the hook for doing your exercise today.  You need to get that DVD out or you WII program, or just the old fashion exercise tape.  Some of you who are as old as I am will remember the "Chicken Fat" Record.  Whatever whether it is vinyl or an mp3, get your body moving and burn those calories.

Don't forget that it is harder to stay on your eating plan if you do not take your vitamins.   Take your vitamins.  I just bought a separate bunch to keep in my desk drawer at work, because I keep forgetting them.  Now, I have not excuse.  Excuses don't count.....if you mess up, you just mess up and need to get back on track.

If you think you are the only one who needs to hear this, be warned, we all do and probably always will.
