Monday Hugs
Sending out hugs on this awesome Monday morning. You all have a great great day and stay warm!!!! It is cold out there this morning. Love y'all!!!
...."It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means; "I desire mercy, not sacrifice." For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." (Matthew 9:12-13)
All too often we look at people and judge them by what we see. I at times the past, have criticized, when I should have kept my mouth shut. Jesus came to save the lost. When the Pharisees saw Jesus sitting at Matthew's home eating with tax collectors and "sinners", they were upset and wanted to know why He was eating with those types of people. Jesus explained to them that he came to heal the sick because the well did not need healing. You know...that is what we are suppose to be doing today...helping the sick of this world. Sick in spirit. The self-righteous people (pharisees) will never understand the love of Jesus. They will never understand what He was about, nor why He came. We are to shine that light for Him. We are ambassadors for Christ. That should be our mission in life, to help heal the sick, the wounded, the down trodden, the weary and the lost. We have a mission...will you accept yours???
