How did you do today with your exercise and eating?

i know it was cold, but did you do something indoors to keep your exercise program up.  Variety is the key to keeping your exercise program going.  You need to plan for days like this one with a CD or other indoor activity that will suffice. 

Watch those calories when it is cold.  Many people tend to eat more when they are cold.  Stress eating may be worse during this time, too, because you are more likely to be inside all the time.

worked out for an hour this afternoon-did weights and treadmill and an ab workout.  Love my weekend workouts!
