WOW Moment!!!

Well to be a little honest I had put back on some weight since my surgery.  Any way Dr. Freeman told me he thought it was all due to the hernia and eating to cover up the problem.  Today I tried on some size 6 jeans that I could not wear and got back in them easily.  Yes I have lost some weight and hope to lose some more and get back down to those 4's.  This has not been an easy surgery but in the end it has so been worth it.  I no longer have reflux and cough all night.  This surgery started me back at day one like I was a newbie  At almost 4 weeks post op I am still only eating about 3 or 4 bites.  Okay this is my WOW Moment for today.  Headed to Olive Garden for some soup, no bread stick for me.

That is wonderful and I am sure you will be in those size 4's before you know it!
