How is the eating plan and exercise going today?

Today, I started off with homemade sausage biscuits (2) for lunch and breakfast and a large cup of Earl Grey tea. 

Supper is going to be a Smart Ones that I bring from home and prepare at school.


I most likely will have a late night snack of a banana and yogurt. 

What are you going to be having today?


Exercise is to walk the mile from the car parking garage to my office.

No exercise tonight--pretty sore from intense workout yesterday.
