How did you do today with your exercise and eating?

I walked a mile today in less than 15 minutes.

I have done fairly well with the eating and not eating between meals.  I need to improve here some.

Will walk/run on treadmill this evening for 45 mins....as far as food goes:

B-2 oz turkey sausage and 1 egg
L-grilled burger patty (3 oz) with 1 sl colby jack cheese and 1 grilled rib
D-grilled chicken salad (grilled chick strips on lettuce with tomato cucumber and lite Italian dsg)
S-sugar free pudding cup with cool whip

Doing laundry now and next up is polishing shoes!  Living such a luxurious life today!
