WLS Research Project

ONce again, I am trying to start my research project of a year ago.  I didn't get it done and you original posts to me have disappeared.  I am looking for people who have had WLS and who are 3 or more years passed surgery date.  You do not have to be successful at maintaining your weight loss.  I want to do a telephone interview with you.  Questions will be presented that ask you about your medications, self-esteem, clinical diagnosis, general health, and if you have swapped addictions.  Your responses will be held in strictly confidential.  The sessions will be recorded, but no identifying information will be included.  I will ask for your permission on the tape...your response will not be your name...just that you agree to the interview and to be taped.  The tapes will be transcribed and mailed back to you for you to review and you may strike anything that you do not want included in the study.   All of the interviews will be put together and anything that might identify to anyone other than yourself will not be included.  I am looking for overall patterns across people, not just one person's experience.  If you would like to be part of this study, then PM me with contact information.  Thank you.  I want to start this very soon.    My approval for the study is deadlined at this point by mid-March.
