Support Groups in Birmingham, AL area?

I am looking for a support group to attend in Birmingham that will help me prepare for WLS.

Berdie here is the support group info you need.  They are held at Trinity Hospital at 860 Montclair Rd., Suite 956.  Meeting are held the 2nd Tuesday @ month at 5:30Pm and the 4th Wednesday at 11:30AM.  You can contact Sue Bunnell at 205 599 3943.  Hope that this will help.
