You won't believe this one!

OK.  This is the "you won't believe part".....I'm down another pound.   17 in all.  I'm shooting for 20 then another 10.  I'm feeling the 17 mentally and it feels great, but I'm feeling it in my clothes and that's even better.  LOL 

Here is the YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT part........................coffee has begun to affect me!!!!!!!!!  YES!!  I have to admit that coffee is affecting my sleep.  I can not drink coffee after 2 or so.  If I do, I can't sleep!  What the heck is that all about?  It has never bothered me before and you all KNOW I LOVE MY COFFEE.  I've ALWAYS been able to drink it any time of the day and it has never bothered me, but now........!!!  Could it be because I'm losing and have cut out something that triggered this effect?  Could it be that I have become UN-immune to caffeine?  I dunno but I DO know that I miss drinking my coffee anytime I want it.  I guess I need to fast coffee for 3 weeks and see what happens.  LOL 

I'm rambling but I wanted to share this with ya.  The coffee man is hurting......coffee only in the morning?  SHESH!! 

My luxury in life is dwindling down!!  LOL

I think the best thing for you to do is totally give up coffee. Now you just say the word and I'll come pick up all your unused bags of coffee and any old coffee pots you have and get the temptation away from you. Oh wait I can't ever catch you at home. That is how you are losing all the weight. Trying to escape from my visits. I missed you again last week. Some day I will catch you at home. You take care of yourself and I'll catch ya'll soon. HAHAHAHAHA  You so funny Aunt Mary.  I don't know why you missed me.  Only place I go is to Wal-Mart for groceries and to the Dr. or Pharmacy.  Give up my coffee and coffee pots?  HMMMMM.....  Too funny.  I'd share with you any day though.  I DO have some coffee for you though.  PM me your address.  I will bring the table and coffee to you this week.  My SUV will fit it perfectly.

Awesome on the pound!  Congratulations!  I know I am new & I may be jumping in too quickly...but maybe after 2 you could switch to decaf?  Some consider that just plain wrong, but you would have the taste...just a suggestion.  Enjoy & again congrats!  Michelle
