Hugs on an awesome Wednesday!!!

But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kep****ch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.   (Matthew 24:43-44) 

We do not know the exact plans of God, but we do know what will happen because He has given us the best instruction manual ever written...the Bible.  He has told us to be ready and waiting.  Just as this tells us, we do not know the hour.  I was listening to my son over the past few days.  He came home and explained to me that they were working very hard at the place where he works to get it clean and in order because the "suits" were coming.  They are working over-time cleaning and getting things sprused up and ready for the big bosses.  My question to him was why these things were not always done.  Why was this place not required to be kept clean and in order even when the "suits" were not coming.  Why was the place not shining for everyone to see...not just the suits.  As Christians, we must keep our lamps burning bright and be ready at all times.  We are to be lights to a dying world.  Be ready...look up...our redemption does draw close.
