How is that exercise and food plan going?

I a afraid that the cold weather has pretty much destroyed my food plan and my exercise plan.  When it is this cold, I tend to over eat and to want to just stay in bed and read.   So I have to confess that I have been bad.  However, I am trying to get back on the exercise and good eating plan wagon.

Can't eat too much, it just won't fit.   As far as the exercise....WHAT EXERCISE???  LOL

Karla, I'm like you. This cold weather makes me just want to sit around and do nothing but munch. I hate going outside when its cold and that's where I need to be. I'm just lazy right now but hope to re-awaken some good habits before long.

Im on day 2 of eating right. lets pray i can continue on good paths from now on.

I dont like this cold weather.  It like keeps me inside and so i didnt go to CURVES last week.  Its still cold but i cant not go 2 weeks in a row so i got up and went yesterday and will go back again today and THursday.  I still walked my hour last week

Good Morning Karla.   Would trying to stay warm count?  It takes a lot of energy to get warm when you are cold.   I must confess I have not a potato chip in about a month and sure would like just one.
