I just wanted to say good morning to all of you :) I hope you had a great weekend. I did!

Ive been working out at night on the Wii Fit and the Biggest Loser game and i can feel a difference, as some of my body is sore. I need to get my elliptical put together so i can start doing it. I need to do this post to keep myself accountable and those that join in let me know what i can/should be eating instead of the crap i WAS eating...

I know we all say "get back on track" lets do it. Well im my mind, i thought i had to go back to doing only protein shakes and liquids for a week to get my body back on track, and i always failed at that. So im trying something different starting today. It may seem normal to you guys, but it wasnt for me. I graze a lot during the day between meals,, i eat junk- chocolates, breads, stuff that i should dump on but dont.... I never eat breakfast and if i do, its a biscuit on the way in to work. . After i started writing down my food for the last week i was in major shock. I didnt even plug it in to Daily Plate bc i knew i'd be moritifed. Now, i know why those extra 15lbs have come on. Anywho,So... here's my meal plan for today   Whats yours?

I had half banana w/ peanut butter this morning w/ my meds at 630. I screwed up when tracking this this morning (to check out calories and such to see where i needed to modify.. i havent yet) anywho, i didnt put when i plan on eating what but you get the gist. I had oatmeal for breakfast here at work. i put a half a scoop in my oatmeal but i could only get down about 3/4 of the oatmeal. the protein made it a weird consistency and i was too dry. I didnt have any milk here at work to put in it so i didnt.  I'll have a ham and cheese rollup for lunch w/ hot sauce, i just realized i didnt add that. And i have a pork roast w/ sauerkraut in the crock pot at home for dinner!

I hope everyone has a great day.

Good for you Hilary!!!!  I'm very proud of you!  You did what YOU needed to do to realize what the real problem was and they you took control!!!!  Yea Hilary!!!!

I can give you a hint on the protein and the oatmeal.  I eat the Weight Control Banana Bread flavor.  I use 1 cup of milk and I cook it in the 3/4 cup it call for (I think that is the amount) and then I add some, not a whole scoop of protein powder into the rest of the milk and blend it really well and add it to the oatmeal after it is cooked.  I don't always add the protein powder, but always add the rest fo the cold milk...adding the protein powder to the milk helps it to dissolve and it doesn't make it dry.  I use Unjury protein powder and I use the unflavored.

I hope this helped!!  Keep up the good work...it will work out, it will take you a little while to get into the goove, but you have started and that is what counts.  GOOD LUCK...I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Christ's peace,
