And the year begins

In the hospital for a couple of days with the flu. I'm home now but still get weak very easily and have a cough that is one of those where you have to hold your bladder in and pray nothing escapes as you cough till your entire chest area is sore. I feel so much better now than I did Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I stayed home to recouperate Monday and Tuesday and now back at work where I feel like an inflated balloon. My head is still congested enough that I cannot smell or taste. I've lost 9 pounds which I shall not complain about. I stay dizzy which is kind of a neat feeling. I look funny stumbling around when I get up to walk but while I'm sitting I can spin without moving. LOL Anyway, I'm on the mend and thankful for a church and family that prays. I'm sorry I couldn't let you guys know any sooner. We were on vacation in the N.C. mountains and had to cut our trip short to get me back home. I puked all the way from Murphy, N.C. to Montgomery. We got into town and Leo drove straight to the ER. I slept the entire trip except for the violent throw up sessions. It was more retching than anything else. Enough graphics. I've missed everyone and hope to be back on the Board soon.
