Sending out hugs on this awesome Tuesday morning!!!  You all stay warm and have an awesome day.  Love y'all!!!

You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you.  (Acts 1:8)

If there ever was a group who should have been able to live a consistent Christian by doing their best, it was the apostles.  Think of all of their advantages.  They had been trained by the Master.  They had seen the lame walk, blind regain vision, and the dead raised.  They had even performed miracles themselves.  However, in their last encounter with the Savior, He let them know that they were still missing something.   They would need more than their human spirit to carry them.  They needed the Holy Spirit.

I think it's 34 degrees out right now...it's warmed up a tad (hehehe).  Looks like we're in for a long, cold week.  I can't believe my husband is actually planning to play golf on Saturday.  The high is only expected to reach 36 that day.  Brrrr.  Doesn't sound like fun to me.  I will be curled up with a quilt, a book and my kitty in front of a roaring fire.  That's my idea of how to spend a cold day!

Take care and stay warm!

LOL...tell him to wear some gloves...that golf club may freeze to his hand LOL.  It is going to be very cold here this week and it is only getting worse toward and during the weekend.  Your idea sounds awesome to me!!!

It is soooooooo cold and will be all week.  We are headed north this weekend and I am not looking forward to it.  We are going to be somewhere around Clanton I think.  I am not really sure where it is.  It is a good thing we don't have to depend on my sense of direction to get us where we are going.  We would never make it!!!  Jimmy takes care of all that and I do the driving!!!
