What is you Exercise Plan for the New Year?
I am going to start with baby steps, literaly. I'm going to walk to a friends house for coffee and then walk home. After a while I'll walk to another friends house, a little farther from my house and so on. Once I can walk 20 min without stopping it's on to the treadmill.
