Happy New Year's Eve What is your Exercise and Eating Plan?
To night many of you will be celebrating.
Please remember that it is not recommended for those of you with gastric bypass to drink alcohol. The sugar in alcohol can make some people experience dumping. All gastric bypass people will discover that drinking alcohol will now effect them much more strongly than prior to surgery. You can get really drunk on almost no alcohol, so please be careful if you do choose to drink, although drinking is not advised for those with WLS.
Remember to choose proteins first and to follow the rules, even if you are out partying tonight.
No drinking anything but coffee for me. :) I've had lots of exercise chasing Christian today. Finally got me a 30 min nap this afternoon. I've had 3 very low bloodsugar drops today. Last time I checked it , it was 49. I've gotten it back up finally. I'm going to stop by and pick up something for dinner on my way to visit a friend. She's already eaten, so I need to get something nutritious in me I guess.
I hope you and everyone else here has a wonderful New Years Eve night. I will be back home and in bed by 9ish probably.
Take care,
L
