B - Peanut butter on a piece of whole wheat
L- 3 bites of soup and 3/4 grilled cheese
S - almonds
D - 1/2 veggie cassadela
S - s/f ice cream

No exercise today.

B-1/2 of Jimmy Dean light breakfast bowl
L-couple ounces of steak and handful of edamame
D-potato cheese soup and a few bites of colby cheese

I SHOULD go run on the treadmill, but I have a headache, so I don't know if I can handle it tonight....I did do the Wii fit last night though.....the running was fun, and so was the hula hoop!

Breakfast..None...got up too late.
Lunch...half of chicken fried steak and about a quarter of a baked potato
Supper, small bowl of chicken and dumplings.

I have drank coffee and water all day long...no carbonated drinks.


Exercise consisted of playing chase with the dog in the snow.  It was fun.  Have to exercise the doggy daily or she gets hyper.
