So far I have eaten nothing. I have discovered or at least been reminded that the reason that I feel so bad today is because I have not been taking my B12. I have been losing a lot of weight in a short period of time and not taking good care of myself vitamin wise.
You need to take care of yourself and talk all your vitamins and calcium including your B12.
I had 1/2 hamburger steak, 2 bites of butter beans, 1 bite of potatoes. thats all so far today
I know that I am bad about skipping any kind of a pill.
Wound up making a great vegetable soup from what was left of the pot roast. Had about a cup of that for lunch. Really good. Have to go to the drug store and pick up some vitamins and B12. Really get run down without it. Thanks, Stacy.
