Good morning Alabama pals

Today is the first day of my Christmas vacation and I love it, love it, love it.  Even though I did not have to get up early this morning, I did.  My boss had surgery on Friday so I am cooking dinner for she and her family today.  I wanted to get it started early.
I am almost finished with my Christmas shopping.  I have to get one other thing for Tim and Scott and buy stocking stuffer stuff.  I need some ideas for stuffer stuff for my men.  I have Lisa taken care of and of course the little boys are easy.  I need some other things for Jimmy, Tim and Scott.  Come on and give me some ideas.  I will be watching today for ideas...........
I am so glad our little Evie is better.  I hope they get to go home today and enjoy their celebration of Jesus birth.
Got to get up from here and get busy.  Everyone have a blessed MOnday!!

Hey there Debbie!!!!  I went and got my guys some deodorant and chap stick tonight.  I also got them each some kind of razor that they like.  I always put a big peppermint stick in the stocking, but that is all I have so far.  My brain is fried LOL.  The girls are so much easier.

I went to see Mark Lowery last weekend. I had a blast ; I sure did laugh hard too. He tours with the Gaithers. He can sing but he's so funny I know that is surely his talent.

Jacob is being baptized on Wednesday at our Christmas Eve Eve service. It is such a special gift for our family. My baby baptized. Completely understanding. It is such a precious gift.
And we have been busy helping plant a church, and I have learned more than I ever dreamed. Learned gifts I have to give; talents I have. And God has placed people right in our path.

Oh well, I guess I am jealous!    What can I say...I'm human and I have to wor****il Thursday and then go back on Tuesday and wor****il 3:00 on New Year's eve and then go back to work on January 4, 2010!! I get a lot of time off!!  I was kidding about being jealous...I'm happy and proud for you!  Enjoy your time off.

I've got to go and finish up Christmas shopping for my small nieces.  Just a couple more items and I will be through.  We are only buying for our grandsons and great nieces and nephews and the nieces and nephews under 17 years of age.  I think the total is 9 or 10 and I am going the cheap route!  LOL

We are having Christmas at our house at 4:00 Christmas Day and going to my MIL's house on Christmas Eve with her new husband's family joining ours...38 people in a small house!!!  She is planning to open her double garage with large tables, but it's supposed to storm on Thursday afternoon and we usually go about 3:00, right in the middle of the storms.  That should be interesting
