What did you eat today?

Elle use to do this daily.  She hasn't for a while. Maybe if I start it, she will pick it back up and the newbies will have some help in planning what kind of meals they can eat.


I had:

A biscuit with sugar free, high fiber, strawberry jam.

Two low sugar cookies for snack and a banana.

Supper was pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onions. 

I do something that I should not and that is that I drink diet cokes that have been left open for a while and are a little flat.  I do not eat onions often.  I mash up the carrots and potatoes to eat them.  I don't have to, I just like them that way.  The meat has to be very tender and moist for me to enjoy it.

I will have  hot lemonade made from a fresh lemon and sweetened with Splenda before bedtime.  I sometimes also use limes.

Ok Here goes: 1 pc/ of toast
                         2 pc /of bacon
 Jus****er and CL SF Fruit punch

Lunch- 1/2 Bolonga sandwich and a banana


Dinner- 8 crackers and 1 small bowl of chili

later on- crackers and peanut butter

For breakfast - 1 egg, 2 bacons 1/2 biscuit
lunch - 1/2 chicken salad whole wheat wrap
snack - almonds
supper - soup and salad at Olive Garden
snack - protein bar
