Hello Alabama Board friends....
I want to thank all of you for the response to my post about not feeling well. I feel better today--and my DW went back to work.
i went to the gym, but needless to say I was a might weaker than usual; but my trainer put me through a pretty good workout anyway, concentrating on a lot more aerobics today like shadow boxing, stationary bike, stair climber, tread mill, and then some shoulder and back lifting. Made it an hour and 15 minutes before I finally had to tell him to stick a fork in me cause I was "DONE"
