who takes medicaid in alabama?

i have been informed that doctor Malipar is no longer in this feild ,so where do we go now?i want to have this surgery and was ready , and now she left huntsville,i have been thru 8 months of a weightloss program at uab and im still in it,ive only lost 7 lbs in that time and they have me injecting shots in to myself 2 times a day of a product called byetta,omg!i read up on this and its made from the venom of a gila monster an i have heard there were bad things said on this and even some deaths any way,any info on any docs would help
