Scott and Lisa have this posted on their website and I thought it is so true.  I wanted to share it with you.  If you have not checked out their website go take a look.  Scott has done a wonderful job on it and momma is so proud.  broken-vessel.com

Merry Xmas", the sign said, and I thought how sad to see,

That so little is thought of Christ, the Lord of all Glory.
Then I thought, I shouldn't be surprised;
To find an "X" on His Birthday card; when He's been X'd out of their lives.
At New Year's it's black eyed peas and a kiss at midnight to bring luck throughout the year,
And not a thought of praying to the One Who made the year.
In February, Cupid reigns and earthly love is extolled,
But no one thinks of Jesus as someone we can hold.
In March, St. Patrick has his day, and Irish luck abounds,
But though St. Patrick worshipped Christ, no mention of Him is found.
In April, Easter comes but do you think it's funny,
That the one that gets all the attention is a mythical egg-laying bunny?
In May we celebrate the new life of spring and the end of winter's gloom,
But must we focus on the flowers, instead of the One Who made them bloom?
In June, the month for brides but let there be no doubt,
The marriage is headed for trouble, if you've left the Bridegroom out.
In July, the fireworks fly. "America" we cheer!
And once again forget that without God our nation would not be here.
In August the kids go back to school, all but God's Own Son,
We've decided to leave the Bible home, and take the drugs and gun.
September starts the harvest, we gather grain to feed, Our family through the year, and never stop to thank the One who met our need.
October's here, forget the Lord! Hail satan far and wide!
I wonder if our nation would be in such a mess, if we did as much to welcome Christ inside?
Now in November, things are looking up, but no matter what you say,
I don't see that God gets much Glory when we call it "Turkey Day."
And so the years go by without the Lord, I guess I shouldn't think it strange,
To find an "X" on His Birthday card, instead of His Holy Name.
But let me tell you, when the Book of Life is opened I haven't any doubt,
You'll find an "X" where your name should have been, if CHRIST you have X'd out!

Hi Ellen,
Scott and Lisa did not write this.  It was written by a friend of theirs.  They got permission to reprint and wanted everyone to read it.
How are you and yours?  I have been so busy that I have not been around much.  I am hoping that after the first of the year things will slow down a bit and Ladybug can get back to being Ladybug.

Faith is NOT believing God can.
It is knowing that God will!
