I'm still stuck
weight is coming off in extreme slow motion. three pounds in three weeks. I have not eating much but at the same time I have not been moving much.. I pulled a muscle doing sit ups and it still hurts pretty bad. I am just frustrated. I eat one meal a day, one protein drink, 4oz of carrot and beat juice, 4 oz cereal for the day plus 30 oz water/herbal tea. that sounds very reasonable to me... I have not thrown up in the past two days..yah..I've been very very careful. oh well thanks for letting me vent..

Your body is adjusting - don't worry, the weight WILL come off. Maybe you should call your surgeon's office or talk to your nutritionist for suggestions. It might be that you aren't eating enough. I know it sounds weird, but our bodies do tend to go into "starvation mode" and hoard all the calories you're putting in...and the weight won't come off. Maybe you should try eating 3 or 4 small meals, spread out over the day, and see. According to what I was told, you're not nearly drinking enough fluids....should be over 64oz per day.
Wow Mendy, your face is so slim from last time I saw your avatar. Congrats on the weight loss. We are going through phases of loss and adjustment. It will happen in good time. I agree with the other posted reply, increase liquids, increase protein as able. The stall will break. You're looking great. Hugs, Kathy

You do look good Mendy, but I'd like to respectfully ask why you're eating cereal and the juices? Those are loaded with carbs (maybe not the veg. juices so much--but the cereal) and if you will up your protein intake in the process of eating more (I too think you're not eating enough), the weight will come off better and you will also be healthier. Also, if you're starting your day with cereal, it will set you up for carb cravings for the rest of the day.
