Just a Few Thoughts...

We lost our sweet Sheltie, Sophia, to a brain tumor last night, and I am heart broken.  She was only 4 years old and had been with us since she was a pup.  She became quickly ill at the end of last week and rapidly declined.  I know this is the best thing for her, but my own selfishness wants to see her alseep in my walk in closet as I get ready for work this morning as I would any morning.  She is greatly missed! 

On another note, Olivia will be induced tomorrow morning.  We will have a baby soon! 

Please pray for our family as we grieve the loss of our beloved pet and welcome our new little one.  Thanks in advance.

Jackie, I am so sorry about your furbaby.  I know the love of a pet.  I love my Stormy and am so blessed to have her.   You are about to have your home filled with all kinds of loving!!!  I am so excited for you.  That new baby will be just awesome and I know that it will be loved abundantly.  Please let us hear from you as soon as Evalyn makes her entrance, well maybe not as soon, but shortly thereafter.  I cannot wait to see pictures of her.  I know with a momma as beautiful as Olivia and a grandma as lovely as you, that baby is gonna be just plain gorgeous!!!!  Love you!!!

I will post pics of my precious grandbaby as soon as I can. 
I cannot wait to see her, to meet her and to hold her!  Today's the day for Olivia will be induced and hopefully we will have a baby today!

I agree Ellen...our pets ARE like our own babies.  I've always said that I'm not an animal lover, but when these furbabies come into your life and you love them as your own and you lose them - they take a piece of your heart with them.    Sophia has a piece of this Happy Girl's heart with her.
