I have been taking extra BIOTIN vitamins since my surgery and shampooing only every
other day... and leaving the conditioner on for a minimum of two full minutes before rinsing.

What a wonderful post. You are doing so well. If I'm not mistaken, they still carry the SF Davinci Syrups at TJ Maxx too. Thought you might want to know that. Also, why the eggbeaters? I eat the real thing. LOL I love the microwave omelet maker and always added ham and cheese to mine, YUM!!! The magic bullet sounds great. I always wanted one but never got it. I will tel you I loved chicken salad, tuna salad, and homemade pimento cheese. They are very easty on the tummy.
I can't sleep either. Here I am been up since 2 am......ugh.....
Call me when you have time.....NOT TONIGHT. I'm going back to bed. LOL
Gotta try to get some sleep before heading out to work at 6:30.
Love you girl, Get busy on winning that lottery. hee hee!!

Coffee is a good thing, too. You will find that it soothes your stomach. The heat makes your tummy relax and coffee has a lot of antioxidents. (however you spell that).
The highest protein bars are at Sam's... made by Premier. 30 grams of protein. The double chocolate is best, but if you want just those, you have to order from the factory direct.
Most likely your hair will fall out and be thin for a while, but I don't know of anyone who has not grown their hair back. Mine came back curly, not straight like it was before.
Splenda Blend is wonderful for cooking and your family cannot tell the difference.
Carnation Instant breakfast, no sugar added, is a great way to break up the routine and you can add protein powder to it for even more health benefits.
Peanut butter is great. Real nuts are a little hard on your tummy for a while, but will become a favorite.
Carry various peanut butter and cracker or cracker and cheese stuff in your purse, in case you get somewhere and there is nothing you can eat or you get hungary and don't want much more than that.
Sugar free hot chocolate with protein powder and sugar free hot apple cider are good this time of year.
Don't drink orange juice or eat oranges. It is the acid as much as the pulp.
Keep flavored yoguart for additional protein. You can freeze the whipped kind.
I guess that is all of my suggestions for the moment other than popcicles. I lived off of them for a year or so.
