And why are you posting this on the Alabama forum?  And what does adopting a pound puppy have to do with hunting?

This does seem to be inappropriate for this site.  Frankly, not that you care, but I have adopted two Rottweilers over the last 10 years.  Both were excellent dogs, well behaved, and loving.  I would always support puppy adoption.

Now, concerning hunting.  In areas where there is an abundance of a particular type of animals, such as deer, the national and state wildlife services determine the number of animals that the land will support.  That number of "tags" are issued.  The killing of the mature allows the others to live and not starve to death.

It is sheer ignorance that brings a person like yourself to say what you have said.  Our wildlife must be managed in order for people and animals to live successfully.  Wildlife management allows us to continue to enjoy the animals that we have without the extinction of any animal.  While I choose not to eat wild game, because of personal taste, it does not mean that there is anything wrong with others who do so.  There are even those who must eat wild game, as their systems will not process certain domestic animals.  It is a rare disorder found mostly in American Indians...but it is a real disorder.

Please don't come back to our site and post your comments when you neither know or understand the basic principles of how wild life is managed and kept vital so that we may enjoy the sight of these precious animals well into the next centuries.

HORSE****!!!!

Hunting is all about the "thrill" of killing the poor defenseless animal. The justifications you cite are complete horse**** Hunters are simply bloodthirsty killers who live for the opportunity to killl and maim others.

But I guess we should be thankful that helpless animals are around or they'd be coming after humans.

So please spare me you self-righteous sermons about "animal husbandry."

You and your ilk are full of ****

So I suppose that harrassing others is just for the thrill of it.  Please get a life.  I am very sorry that you are so poorly informed and that you know so very little about conservation.   How unfortunate for the animals that you are allowed to vote...oh, wait, I assumed you could read and this wasn't being read to you....with this level of ignorance, it would suprise me if you could actually read.  I may have used too many big words, sorry, maybe your mommie can explain them to you and help you with the really big words...it seems like you only understand the four letter kind.
