Wednesday Hugs

Our first response when anxiety hits us should be to look heavenward and cry out, "Father". Jesus went frequently to the Father in prayer. The Gospels account how Jesus left His disciples to be alone with God, often praying early in the morning before dawn. Prayer shifts our focus away from the problem and on to the Problem Solver. He can give us the answer, solution, or the next step to take. Prayer takes our focus off of ourselves, our pain, our confusion and sends it to the Father, who knows all, controls all, has all power, and is all-loving.
Praise God !! the power of prayer works..amen
Had my 3 year out check up yesterday with Dr.Foreman.He is very proud of me and I was proud of me too.Maintaining my weight,he said I needed to bring up my calcium count,other than that Im doing great..Thank the Lord!!
