Hello one and all

It has been a while since I have posted.  It seems I can only get one or two things done.  I can either post here or on Facebook, but cannot keep up with both.  Just wanted to drop in and tell you all that volunteered to be interviewed for my research that I am still going to call...I haven't got that off the ground either.  I have been flying around the country for UA doing all sorts of stuff.  It does look like for at least a couple of weeks I will actually get to stay home for a while.  For about three months I was never home more than three days in a row.  It really makes getting even simple things done complicated.  Just dropped in to let you know that I have not dropped out....still within five pounds of lowest weight and I am a few years out now.

Karla...you weight loss is awesome and maintaining is, also.  Sounds like you run all the time.  Try and take a minute or two for yourself.  You have an awesome week.
