dr that take al medicaid

please help  i need a good dr that takes al medicaid  the dr that i was doing to go to left the state now  . i dont know what to do i have a 3 year old that need me i am over 500+ pds i really need a dr

I just know of doctors in B'ham. Dr Miles and Dr. Schmett at St Vincents East Hospital.They take Medicaid.  Its according to how far you want to travel. There are a lot more Doctors, other people can tell you about. I sure hope you find one soon. Have a Great Day , Ellen

 Why not call her office and ask where the patients are being referred to......just a thought. And, like someone else suggested...contact Medicaid directly.

 her number is not  on anymore and medicaid will tell you there is not a list i have tried but thanks

I made a friend during the process and she had her Revision done by my Dr (Touliatos). and I believe she is on Medicaid. They are on the Eastern side of Birmingham and operate out of Trinity Medical Center. It may be a bit far, but you will definately be well take cared of.

have you called Dr. Maliapur's office in Huntsville? I have no idea if he takes medicaid - can't the state give you a list of doctors?
