Tuesday Coffee Talk

Good Tuesday morning.  Boy!  I feel better today.  Still some pain, but not like it has been!!  How are you this morning?  Did ya sleep good?  I got about 3 hours of sleep, but I feel like I slept 8. LOL  It is going to be a great day!

Our challenge for today is to not talk negative about anyone or anything.  Lets see if we can not let any negativity come out of our mouths about anyone today.  Or anything.  This is gonna be a tough one.  I will probably fail it myself, but I am sure going to try this challenge.  Are ya with me?

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sippin' on?  I'm enjoying some awesome Boca Java German Chocolate Cake Coffee and it sure is GOOD!  Man!  i wish everyone had a taste of this coffee.  SO GOOD.  You can get it cheap at bocajava dot com.  Check it out.

Good morning Randall!!!!!  This is something that I have asked the Holy Spirit to help me with lately.  I want to rid my mind, heart, spirit and soul of negativites.  They are definitely NOT good for us.  You have you an awesome day.  I love ya!!

Hey there my friend!  It has been a great day.  I have felt so good.  Minimal pain, THANK GOD!  I am asking the Holy Spirit to burn out of me anything that is not like Christ.  Anything that isn't like HIM, I do not want in my life.  We have to get to that point for Him to be able to use us.  If you can use anything Lord, use me!!

Good Morning Randall.  Im glad you are feeling some better.  THose Shingles can be something else.  I get them ever so often but mine only come up in 1 spot.  THe Dr tells me im lucky.

Im sippin on Tea this morning and earlier this morning i had 1/4 cup of Protein Cereal for breakfast.

Hey there my friend!  I KNOW you've had a good day and now winding it down and relaxing for the evening.  I stil have dinner to cook but I am using the heat wave oven tonight so cooking and clean up will be easy.  LOL 

I have had minimal pain today thank the Lord!  You have a blessed night and thanks for the better well wishes.

Glad to hear you are feeling better!  I do not enjoy being around someone who is negative!  I think this happens to all of us from time to time--and thank you for reminding us that so much of how we feel, can be attributed to our attitude (and our spiritual condition).  I am with you brother!
