Tuesday hello!

Just got back from the gym--30 minutes on stationary bike--40 minutes in the pool (1400 meters) 5 minutes on the elliptical (I know that's pitiful but you got to start somewhere).  Tomorrow is weight day with the Trainer--Legs and Abs.  Abs every day!

For meals--B--Protein shake--medium apple.
                     L--Protein Shake
                     S--I'm not sure--probably some organic peanut butter
                     D--Ground Turkey and Mixed Veggies.

I've got to start getting in some more calories--fell down to 900 yesterday.

Up those calories, especially since your working out!!!

Breakfast- 1 slice whole wheat cheese toast
Lunch- 3 chicken nuggets (shared Happy Meal with Christian) he ate the other nuggets and apples

Dinner- made a huge pot of homemade vegetable soup and cornbread. Yum.....sent some home with Holly and Beau and got enough for 3 more bowls for us.
