PRAISE GOD, I"M HOME

It's so good to be back home from a week long stay at the hospital.  Basically, what happened, is that I got very dehydrated and my kidney's shut down.  I have been a diabetic for 26 years and didn't take good care of myself prior to my WLS.  Damage was already done by so many things due to my diabetes.  I have been in renal failure for several years now and so  it just didn't take much for me to get dehydrated and all after my recent shoulder surgery, with not having an appetite and not drinking enough.

Thanks to my wonderful and dear, dear friend, Lisa Gotro for being such a trooper and for spending so much of your time taking care of me at the hospital.  Miss Debbie and Mr. Jimmy Roberts. I appreciate the lovely get well card and sweet thoughts from ya'll that I got in the mail today.

Please continue to remember me in your prayers as I still have a ways to go and I also have an upcoming cataract surgery next Monday.

Thanks again for all your prayers.

Glad that you are home and on the mend.  I knew when I called those couple of times that you were sick and did not feel like talking.  Call me when you feel like talking.

I am so sorry that I don't even remember you calling.  I was so so very sick and they had me all messed up on drugs that I was so out of it most of the time.  I was WAY sicker than what I thought I was.  Heck, I was so sick that I dont' even remember going to work on Monday morning.  Now that's bad.  All I remember is my co working taking me and dropping me off at my dr.'s office and my Daddy coming to pick me up and from then I don't know what happened next or how I even got to the hospital.

Wow, sorry you've had such a rough time of it lately.  I was in the hospital myself (unexpectedly) for a few days, and I know how good it feels to get back HOME!

Take care of yourself, and I'll be praying for ya.
