OT: Big News....

Its a little early yes, and we werent expecting an outcome this quick, but guess what ladies and gents....

Im going to be a mommy!  Me and Chad are expecting!  We just found out so we still have to do the first appointment with the dr. but I met with her on Friday and she confirmed the HPT's that I took here and said that its POSITIVE!

Yes, I realize I am only 10 months post op from my RNY but I have been maintaining great vitamin levels and all that jazz....

I assume I will hear from Dr Facundus and he will probably smack me on the hand but I HAD SURGERY TO BE A MOMMY!!!  So Im not letting this opportunity pass me by.

Thanks to all my Alabama Forum Members for your prayers and friendship!!!  I love yall and since I consider you distant family I wanted to share the news with you.  More will come when we see the Dr on the 24th.

Congratulations Marla.  Yes, it is a little early, but it has happened to many and you will be fine.  I'm sure you probably already know there is a pregnancy board here and you might want to check it out as well!  I am very happy for ya'll!

Congrats Marla on the pregnancy. I had my daughter post-op and she turned 1 on Oct. 23rd. I'm on the pregnancy board as well just to keep up with others and such. Congrats again and I hope you have a healthy and happy 9 months!
