Hugs on this awesome Veteran's Day

Give and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. (Luke 6:38)
The opposite of being self-centered is being Christ-centered. It means that what Christ wants is what we want. What pleases Christ will become our desire. This is very true with our relationship with Christ. We are going to have to lay aside our personal ambitions and desires to enter into a deeper relationship with Christ. If we truly are to have fellowship with Him, we will have a desire to open up and give of ourselves - truly, give of all aspects of ourselves.
