5 Year Surgiversary!!

Hey guys! I know I have been MIA on here for way too long. I just thought I would sign in & express my gratitude toYOU ALL, to the OH staff, to Dr. Dewitt & his staff. I am 5 years out today & so happy. I would do it all over if I had to.
