I really appreciate the fact that you are so focused on doing well. You encourage me very much.

B - Raisin toast
L - homemade chili (not much at all)
D - more chili

This morning I had a sausage burrito from Micky D's. We're having chicken salad for lunch. Not sure about supper. I'll have my garndkids tonight so will probably make spaghetti. I'm learning to love turkey meat. I used it in the chili and will use it in the spaghetti tonight as well.

Thank the lord for ground turkey.  I use it all the time. at wal- mart they have flavored grond turkey (toco, Itilian sausage, etc.)  It is very tastey.
